Singapore National Football team will head to Hong Kong for an International “A” Friendly against Hong Kong on 1 June 2012. The Lions last match was a friendly match against the Singapore Under-22 side on Tuesday evening where they won 2-1 through two penalty goals by Mustafic Fahrudin and Shahdan Sulaiman.
Preparation is not as smooth, but it is not unexpected. The Lions will travel with only 19 players due to the unavailability of Shahril Ishak (shoulder injury), Khairul Amri (groin injury) and Shi Jiayi (personal matters) for this trip to Hong Kong.
Others missing out this trip to Hong Kong are Hariss Harun, Safuwan Baharudin, Shakir Hamzah, Yasir Hanapi, Khairul Nizam and Shahfiq Ghani.
Irwan Shah is a late inclusion into the originally named 27 men squad.

Depart to Hong Kong:
30 May 2012, on SQ 856.
Depart from Changi Airport Terminal 3 at 0930hrs, arrive in Hong Kong at 1330hrs
Depart from Hong Kong:
2 June 2012, on SQ 891
Depart from Hong Kong at 1230hrs, arrive in Singapore at 1610hrs.
The Lions will be putting up at L’Hotel Island South, 55 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong.
